"The Hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff was pleasant but not accommodating. They need more training in customer service. There was a fire alarm that was pulled and communication with customers was poor. The Hotel was very clean and trendy. I would stay there again."

"So helpful was everyone!! Breakfast from 6 am to 10 am is a bonus for people needing up early and on the road or late sleepers like me. Decent selection of edibles too. Pool looks nice but didn't use. Lobby very nice, brightly colored, nice lighting and with a gas fireplace. They stock snacks and odds n ends for about any need. Good lighting for parking areas. I plan on visiting hotel again when in the Phenix City, Columbus, Ft. Benning area. GA border about 1/4 mile from hotel as the crow flies. Piedmont Midtown Hosp is only 15 mins away, aka about 5 miles. Stop lights make trip 15 mins. You won't be disappointed."

"The ac was terrible in our room. It would cycle on and off throughout the night and i did not like the bedding on the bed. Whoever heard of putting the blankets over the comforter. Another problem was we could not get Tv to work. The third problem was the shampoo bottle was empty in the shower and there was no soap in tge bathroom either. By the sink there was a thing of lotion on wall, but still no soap. Very unsanitary. One of the lamps by the bed was also broken and just dangling off the wall. Also it was very noisy most of the night."

"Everything met or exceeded expectations. The kitchen had all the spices and items you could need. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was great. The house was super clean and fresh smelling. We loved the location and walked to downtown regularly. "
