"I show up at check in time. They tell me the rooms are not ready yet. I ask the receptionist if they have a Walmart or Target near by, which she informs me that there was. I go to Walmart and return approximately 30 to 40 minutes later, and there Was two families ahead of me and still no rooms. I had already been on the road for a while so I was frustrated. I ended up just making the rest of the trip home."

"The restroom in my room was clogged, which was very inconvenient. I asked the front desk for help because I urgently needed to leave for my child’s school, but they were not helpful. The staff member simply said someone would come to fix it and was quite rude in his response. I also requested temporary access to another room for 10–15 minutes, but that was refused. While the room itself was otherwise good, the restroom was not well maintained—there was no soap provided for the shower. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast area were courteous and helpful. However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing due to the lack of assistance and rude behavior."

"Overall, the hotel was nice. The staff were friendly. The place was clean to the eye... don't walk barefoot in your room unless you don't mind black feet. The gym had just enough equipment to get a decent workout with towels and water readily available. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. My complaint was the spa... visible mold along the rim and safety railing was loose on one side. The Cafe, Starbucks and bar all in one... was convenient unless you wanted to use Starbucks app. They do not use the app at all. My family and I stayed three nights. All of us were able to sleep very well. "
