"WonderFul assistance from the managers , Great location, a nice welcoming area in the Open area at entry. No englnIsh language stations on the TV Even though a high percentage of their visitors are english speaking , not french? Elevator wasn't working the last days.A good three plus flights of stairs in pretty warm environment."

"We booked an apartment. Great unit, has everything, pot pans, dishes, utensils, etc . They are renovating first floor; construction did not affect our stay. Services request is a bit slow due to the fact that the apartment is away from the main hotel. We understand that."

"Great location; walking distance from the Old Port where most of the action is. The front desk staff (we were served by Loïc and Thomas) were really helpful and gave great recommendations that we highly recommend now as well: for dinner (Brasserie Barbotin) and brunch (Biba). Room was small and even with the curtains drawn would have been unbearably hot (weather outside was 40+ celsius), but was great with the AC , which luckily ran flawlessly (and continually in our case!) My recommendation to the management is to install UV blocking film to the room glass balcony doors. This would bring the temperature WAY down and would despite the initial investment, save tons of electricity cost with the constant AC use in every room. I would also install better black-out curtains with silver lining to the outside to reflect even more heat out."

"The only serious problem is that the safe box in the room wouldn't open. The front desk person tried several things, but to no avail. Apparently the manager was not available! The result is that I had to carry all of my valuables with me the entire time! I was angry about this since that was one of the reasons I chose the property. Another thing: false advertising... No way a laptop would fit in that small lockbox! Only the tiniest of devices might fit... Another thing I didn't like is that I couldn't leave the windows open since there was very strong car exhaust. Normally I turn off the air-conditioning and open the windows. Not possible. Very loud too. Otherwise, everything was perfect."

The hotel's location is both practical and spectacular, offering breathtaking views over the Old Port and the Mediterranean while being just a short walk from the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which offered an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality products in a beautiful setting overlooking the harbor. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. A fantastic hotel that combines stunning views, outstanding comfort, an excellent breakfast, and first-class hospitality. We would gladly stay here again."
