"We had a very enjoyable stay at New World Saigon Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to Ben Thanh Market, restaurants, shopping and many of the main attractions in District 1. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the hotel facilities were very well maintained. We were offered an upgrade to a suite on the 11th floor, which had additional costs, but was well worth the space and view! Breakfast was a highlight, with a large variety of both local and international options. The pool area was also a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with great service, excellent facilities and a fantastic location."

"Hotel very clean, and quiet. Room was spacious and had a nice little balcony. Great for couples or solo, I was able to either buy breakfast or have it delivered and eat on my balcony which was very nice option to have. Bathroom clean, and modern; large bet with enough outlets and the spacing of the room felt wide if you had more than one people (if I had kids we would not feel crowded). It's on a quieter street which is good that leads to a busier street with good options for food and shopping. Highly recommended."

"Very polite, respectful, and professional staff. The room is spacious and clean with modern decor. The shower doesn’t drain well, so sometimes it floods up to your ankle. When you turn off the shower, it usually drains in about five minutes. The window isn't airtight so that you will get street noise, and there’s a club next door with music on sometimes until 11 PM. Overall, we love this hotel and highly recommend it for its location, location, location; spacious, clean room with modern decor; professional staff; and reasonable rates. This is it."

We were very pleased with the accommodations and we plan on returning soon! Aside from the excellent accommodations, T-Ritz is located in a pleasant HCMC neighborhood. There's a Public Bank Vietnam in the same building, a Vietcombank two short blocks down the street (this is where I did my currency exchange directly from my account in the US), a Circle K 24-hour convenient store on the same block, a GS 25 24-hour convenient store on the same block, and plenty of nice cafe's and restaurants within walking distance that locals frequent."
