"The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return."
