Do not expect this report to be like a” resort “ was many issues upon check in beginning with non working air, room cleanliness was not well. Smell of our room was terrible. Overall staff was very kind especially the doormen, they were so kind.

5 star gem in southern Vietnam

Special thanks to Y who i didn't get her real name for taking care of our daughter in the kids club and cooking class she made the stay memorable for our daughter. Quiet resort with great services, family friendly, in hotel daycare, pools with lifeguards, very high quality breakfast, high quality 5 star resort. Infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Stayed 4 nights, will book again if in Phan Thiet. Area under development reminds me of phu quoc 10 years ago, the airport is under development easy to get in from HCM but harder from other cities. The resort was at full capacity on Saturday so i would avoid that day if looking to relax.

kids friendly hotel, facility was clean as it has newly built. There was a small incident I experienced. I was in the club lounge and asked a staff if I could reserve a table for the Christmas eve buffet dinner. She told me, ‘no reservations are required’ However, when I went to the restaurant the next day, I was denied entry because I was told I didn’t have a reservation. I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully booked. Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir)

Just OK

This is a hotel for elites with spoiled children that are mostly disrespectful. I have been in rural Vietnam for a week where the kids behave with class and are very humble. The kids you find at this resort are the opposite, a product of their parents lifestyle. Kids kids kids everywhere crying and yelling. This is not a peaceful resort. Don’t come if you’re a couple. So far, I would place this resort as mediocre at best. I am used to Western style resorts with much higher expectations. The restaurant serves subpar food. You will have to go offsite for decent prices and exceptional food while I do commend their staff for great service. I don’t think it’s five star. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I am just disappointed with the food service it seems this resort was slapped together last minute. I think this resort has been open for several years, which leaves me feeling perplexed as they have not ironed out all the kinks. If you are used to European hospitality or North American you’ll be a little saddened. The prices are exuberant for the quality which leads me to believe there is not much value here. This resort is great for families with children not really couples. We are about 15 minutes from the city which makes this not walkable. I would highly suggest eating offsite as there are much better options in the city. I just found out some funny information about this place. They will charge you 2 million VND if it smells like fruit in your guest room, but they will not

Very clean, nice staffs and very polite staffs provide good services, excellent breakfast, restaurant cooks very good food for lunch and dinner. Beautiful resort, super clean, nice music, nice pool with clean water, nice gym room with alot of new equipment, I don't like the beach because it has alot of trash. Great resort for family to relax for vacation.
