"Reception is on 8th floor, so you need to use a lift. If a lot of people arrive at same time eg a coach party), you can wait a long time just to get in a lift! Rooms are very small with nowhere to store clothes. Everywhere is clean though and hotel is close to team and trains"

"Hotel Barrière Le Gray d'Albion is a fantastic upscale hotel situated in a perfect location within 5 minutes of the Cannes train station AND le Croisette beach. The room and bathroom was very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful especially the concierge (sorry I did not get his name) who gave us very useful information about what to do in Cannes and even beach towels to use on our visit to the public beach. It was a pretty pricey hotel, maybe partly due to the film festival going on but worth splurging for a special occasion."

"The staff are amazing. They are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and a nice size compared to other properties in France. The decor and the art in the hotel are spectacular. It’s like visiting a private gallery. It was the best hotel experience on our three week holiday in France. We highly recommend it and would stay there again!"

"They closed the rooftop before sunset which was disappointing. The hot tub is small and people stayed in there not allowing others to enjoy it. Several kids in indoor pool without much supervision. There was only one glass and two cups in the room but only one chair to sit at the table. Limited amenities inside the room . Close to airport but not walkable area."

"My fourth stay in four years. This hotel is one of the reason I go back to the Cote d'Azur. They make me feel welcome, special and relaxed. The rooms may not be super modern and slick, but to me that is part of the charm of this traditional hotel. It feels classy, not hip. It feels luxurious without being pretentious. The staff is excellent and always friendly. The prices for the spa, food and beach are not cheap, but it is is a luxury hotel on the Croisette, so that is to be expected. I did treat myself to a Spa day, and it was worth it. Looking forward to next years stay."
