"The location is great. We had an early morning flight.Our room was large and quiet. But with no windows, it felt like a concrete bunker.The air conditioner was noisy and the temperature control was difficult to use, so we turned it off overnight. The breakfast buffet was good and the transfer to and from terminal 2 was easy. The restaurant staff were goid. The reception staff were not friendly at all. Not one smile It feels like they are not doing much until the new owners take over"

"the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend."

A piscina coberta aquecida realmente era bastante quente, o que propiciou uma ótima experiência de relaxamento. Eu recomendo e pretendo voltar ao hotel. "Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Leisure area was nice but hot tube and pool looks like needed be cleaned and had lots of bleach and chemicals. Bedrooms needs a makeover, very old building. Missed cupboards and hangers to organize clothes. "
