A pousada tem duas coisas a melhorar. 1) os quartos e apartamentos precisam de cortinas decentes e blackout novos no tamanho das janelas. 2) o banho é excelente, mas o banheiro fica molhado devido as cortinas não serem apropriadas. O hotel tem excelente localização, espaço, tem bons funcionarios, quartos confortaveis. Custo/beneficio excelente!

E um ótimo hotel e já me hospedo lá a alguns anos , porém precisam se atualizar e olhar um pouco mais para estrutura … Alguns problemas de manutenção no chalés como descarga com defeito , lixeiras quebradas , lenha ( este é um diferencial do lugar) úmida , então fica impossível acender a lareira … O hotel está cheio e a estrutura do café da manhã não estava preparada para chegarem tantas pessoas no horário de pico .. está minha última estadia realmente me surpreendeu negativamente … espero que o hotel reveja estas questões

O local é lindo! O chalé aonde no qual ficamos também adoramos! Super confortável e tudo limpo. O café da manhã é bom. A equipe bem educada, porém senti falta de monitores e seguranças pelo local a noite. O restaurante do hotel serve refeições, preços justos, bom atendimento. A parte de entretenimento tem uma mega estrutura, muitas opções de lazer. As piscinas são ótimas! Precisa de mais cuidado com a parte das quadras. Enfim, gostamos e voltaremos.

Hotel bem aconchegante, café da manhã gostoso, ótimos funcionário que estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar. Único ponto é que o hotel fica um pouco longe do centro de Itaipava então depois que o restaurante do hotel fecha, não temos muito o que fazer por ali.

O hotel já foi um resort e precisa de manutenção na área externa e de modernizar o quarto standard minimamente para o preço que é cobrado. O restaurante mudou também, preço caro para a qualidade da comida oferecida. Como o local é de difícil acesso, o hóspede acaba ficando. Mas o ifood entrega lá, mas não há boas opções para pedir, nem todos entregam lá. Os funcionários do restaurante sao ótimos. E a gerente do hotel é excelente, bem preparada.
