We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

O quarto q ficamos com 1 cama de casal e 1 sofa cama tem o quarto de casal fechado, em suíte. Acreditávamos que era um cômodo único. O café da manhã é de uma forma que eu nunca vi: você escolhe no dia anterior uma "cesta" de produtos, incluindo por exemplo bolo, suco etc, mas não escolhe os produtos em si (sabores). Aí então escolhe a faixa de horário que quer receber o café na sua suíte. No nosso caso particular o café atrasou bem no primeiro dia, o que nos fez pedir mais cedo no dia seguinte. Eles também falam que a reposição é livre, só pedir no whatsapp, porém demora muito e pedimos algo que veio faltando, disseram que iam buscar e nunca mais voltaram... para além disso não achamos vários itens saborosos. Eu tinha ainda uma expectativa alta pois no mês anterior tinha me hospedado no kastel pedra bonita e foi um dos melhores cafés da manhã de hotel que comi na vida. Há uma cozinha que permite algumas preparações simples (geladeira, cooktop, cafeteira, sanduicheira, microondas), ainda com chás e café disponíveis. Sobre os elevadores, não são muito grandes e há apenas 2 para atender a diversos andares e as meninas que entregam o café com seus carrinhos e as camareiras também, e esse horário ainda se sobrepõe, gerando filas demoradas nos andares. ótima piscina aquecida e sauna a vapor. Espaço gostoso de ficar. Os funcionários são atenciosos, instalações limpas e confortáveis (exceto o sofá cama, muito duro). Localização ótima, ao lado de muito comércio, bastante Central.

Equipe excelente no atendimento, do recepcionista ao manobrista. Excelente localização, ao lado do shopping. Próximo de pontos turísticos para ir a pé. Fui com sozinha com meus filhos de 3 e 9 anos. Amaram!
