AC was phenomenal and necessary due to heavy humidity. Very nice smart tv which worked very well when the internet worked (missed 24 hours out of 4 day stay. Excellent parking option on site. Adjacent to nice mall. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Place was clean. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff helpfull: 1. Had a lady at the front desk that really did a good job speaking English. 2. Very good staff at restaurant. 3. We had a problem with our AC during the night. They send an technician asap. Resolved the problem in 15 minutes. We had hotels in the past where there was no technician during graveyard shift, so we really appreciated this. Very good roomservice also. Would recommend.

the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend.

Quarto extremamente espaçoso e confortável, não há o que ser melhorado. Entretanto, a área comum precisa de melhorias. Limpeza nos corredores não estava muito boa. A área da piscina estava muito a desejar, com forte cheiro vindo da água. Café da manhã bom. Localização excelente.

Ótima estadia. No centro da cidade, colado ao melhor shopping da cidade - Pátio Petrópolis. Quarto amplo com sala, cozinha e 2 banheiros. Piscina aquecida média e sauna úmida no 9o andar. Mas a sauna estava desligada no dia da minha estadia por descuido dos funcionários. Café da manhã muito bom. Único defeito é a garagem que é limitada e difícil para entrar e sair requerendo o manobrista do hotel e cobrança de 25 reais por dia.

Um bom hotel, com uma localização muito boa, próximo às principais atrações turísticas da cidade e ao principal shopping da região. Café da manhã muito bom e um quarto espaçoso com boa estrutura, ponto negativo para torneira da pia do banheiro que molhava tudo na pia. Funcionários educados e prestativos. De 0 a 10 ganha uma nota 7.5 e está aprovado !
