Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room.

Decent hotel. I was attracted by the charm of the place, but it didn’t quite meet expectations. We stayed in an annex to the back. However, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. Wi-Fi signal was poor in our room.

Good stay. Place needs some love by the owners

Good stay overall, staff were super friendly. The building really needs a renovation, a lot of water damage around, the floor in our room was buckling. Door handle to the bathroom fell off but that was because the bolt needed to be tightened as it was an extremely old door handle. Breakfast was decent. They just need to send a handyman around to each room and go over everything to make sure it’s in working order. Also a coat of paint would go a long way to making the place look better.

Everyone was super friendly…however, we were disappointed with our stay. The first room was like a closet turned into a room. We were offered a slightly larger room when I asked at reception (both rooms in a pretty rundown outbuilding) - but we then had to move again as the bed in the ‘upgraded room’ was full of bugs. Probably carpet beetle larvae. The third room was OK - as it was in one of the main buildings. But that’s as far as I could go. It was tired. And don’t feel clean. We stayed all over as we were doing a tour of Brasil - this was the one place that disappointed us most in terms of how it is described and the reality of the accommodation. I’m sure at one point it was grand. Our experience was very jaded, and faded grandeur.

A cama é bastante desconfortável, pois o colchão não oferece uma boa qualidade para o descanso. O ar-condicionado também não mantém a temperatura adequada durante a noite. Além disso, o banheiro necessita de uma reforma. As toalhas e os edredons estão desgastados e aparentam ser antigos, o que compromete a sensação de conforto durante a estadia. Por outro lado, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos, proporcionando um excelente atendimento.

Está é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. O quarto que fiquei é amplo, com banheiro bom e água quentinha. Só a cama que achei muito mole devido as molas antigas, mas nada que comprometesse a hospedagem. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante opções.

Nossa estadia no hotel foi excelente. Sua localização é privilegiada. Da pra se fazer vários passeios a pé. Aluguei um carro apenas para ir do Rio até Petrópolis. Pouco usei lá, justamente pelo fácil acesso aos atrativos. Com relação ás acomodações, limpeza, café da manhã e equipe do hotel, tudo foi muito bom. Absolutamente nada a reclamar. Gostamos muito.

Localização perfeita, ao lado do museu imperial, na rua da catedral. Conta com estacionamento. As instalações são limpas e confortáveis, a equipe é muito simpática e gentil, café da manhã ótimo. O jardim é agradável e tem esquilos. Só na hora de dormir percebi q o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando. Ligava, acendia a luz, mas não climatizava o ambiente. Qdo fui avisar a recepção, o telefone do quarto tb não funcionou, então, como já era tarde, desisti pois teria que sair do prédio, cruzar o pátio pra chegar à recepção. Eu me hospedarei novamente no hotel, pois fora isso, a experiência foi muito boa. Eu só tomaria o cuidado de checar o funcionamento do ar e do telefone logo na chegada ao quarto.

O quarto era bastante confortável, o banheiro expaçoso, estacionamento com bastante vagas, excelente localizaçã (ao lado do Museu Imperial e pertíssimo da Catedral). Deixou a desejar nas roupas de cama, os cobertores estavam com cheiro de suor e o edredon que cobria a cama e também servia como coberta, estava nitidamente usado. Pedi para trocar as 3 peças e não demoraram para nos atender.
