I live in unit 401 in summer, ocean view, very clean and functional, property description is accurate, don’t worry about the property itself ! Recommended if you can accept the location where kind of far from everything, but you pay the reasonable price when comparing the price with the same quality place in other location.

We had a wonderful experience during our week at Les Caches de la Grande Pointe. Everything was just perfect starting with the layout of the apartment, the spaciousness, the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom supplies and amenities provided, and of course the proximity to that beautiful ski resort, Le Massif de Charlevoix. Needless to say, the skiing was fabulous! All in all a perfect winter getaway!

Very nice accommodations

The room was excellent, clean, well supplied and roomy. The only point I would make, and this only really applies if it’s”off-season “ I guess, is its location isn’t really that nearby much in terms of places to eat or shop. If you go in the winter for skiing or in other seasons for hikes or biking without concern for restaurants or such then it is likely excellent. The location is very nice and the room was excellent. It’s not a criticism just a point of note, we did enjoy our stay at this location.

Unfortunately our room had a dripping noice in the wall coming from the pipes of the air conditioning… switched on or off it kept coming one tock tock per second. It was almost nerve wracking and it’s annoying not being able to find good sleep I. The hotel- that’s why you are here right, to sleep here and do daily outings from that’s base …. The place was clean and perfect for us otherwise… Ouuufff but that noise…

We stayed 3 nights with our 3 children (5, 9 and 13 years old). Our stay was great, appartment was spacious, clean, had great view, WiFi was good as well. However, there were not enough coffee filters (only 2 left when we arrived) and had to buy some, there were no outlet for electric cars (we were not the only ones with an electric car) and the batteries for the Chromecast remote were dead (I fortunately had brought some). Otherwise, loved the Oneka soap and shampoo/conditioner and the fact that we could wash the mountain bike clothes after our rides. A space to lock the bikes in the basement would be appreciated, we were a bit stressed out to leave them on the Thule rack on the car. Thank you very much! Kids also loved the fireplace and the sofa bed to watch TV.
