Beautiful and quiet setting at the junction of the St. Lawrence River and the Gouffre River. Short walk for direct beach access. Staff was very helpful, and the room was a newly built studio, nicely appointed, modern, and meticulously maintained. Short drive into town. We really appreciated the early check-in. The property around the hotel offered a basketball court, and seating areas which were great.

The location alone makes this a perfect choice for Baie-Saint-Paul. Gorgeous view of the bay, as close as you can get to the beach. The hotel's many sitting areas, both inside and out are updated, cosy, and a great place to sit with a book. The rooms are updated and very clean. The doors are pretty noisy in the building we were in, but wasn't a problem. The pool in our part of the complex was too green for my liking, but the hot tub proved a good way to end the day. Would absolutely stay here again.

The stay was great. The property great . Check in and out easy. We tried to eat lunch there . The hostess seated us and the waiter completely ignored us. We asked the hostess if he knew we were there and she said yes. We waited way to long so we left.

Area is very clean, staffs are nice & helpful, simple self service check in or out. Beautiful water front hotel & restaurant, great breakfast that not expensive. This location is quiet & peaceful but easy access to the town where full of restaurants & shops! 1/2 hour drive to Mont Du Lac Des Cygnes for hiking. At the end we even drive about 2 hours to Du Cap De Bon Désir for whale watching before driving back to Montréal! Highly recommend to anyone loves nature!

Nice place, peaceful and close to the beach. Walkable to the main area. The only thing that was bothering us was a broken washroom door and there wasn't anything done about it. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Asked to memorise 4 digit access code verbally upon check in. Not written down. Same with room number. Finally was provided on a scrap of paper after asking (twice). Arrived 75 minutes early and was charged $20 early check in fee. Be warned. Zero flexibility. No signage and no path to room, need to cross a lawn and enter building via pool enclosure, the only access. Required assistance from a passing maid to find room. Code provided did not work. Maid had to radio and get a new one, which she kindly wrote down (she was the isolated good experience admittedly made easier as we could speak some Spanish). Two bad tripping hazards in hallway, a safety issue. (I tripped badly.) Low crossbeam above stair easy to hit with head, no signage. (Yep, hit my head.) Barn doors in room poorly installed, jumped off rails and stuck. No light cover on main room light. No creamers or sugar in room. Floor had not been mopped, only swept. Only 2 towels, one hand towel, and one facecloth provided for double occupancy. No flat surfaces in bathroom so nowhere to rest toothbrush/cosmetics/etc. except on top of toilet, needs some shelves. Asking premium price and just not at that standard. Decided not to dine there given poor first impression so can’t comment on restaurant. On positive side, great shower.

We liked the site by the water. It was relatively quiet with little circulation of cars. However the cleanliness was below average. Tables and floors were sticky. Coffee at the restaurant wasn’t fresh. The employees didn’t seem happy to be there. I did, however appreciate that the concierge let my park my car for a few hours after we had checked out. I wish I could’ve given a better rating. 🤗

The property was very nice. Nice outside patio. Lots of people drinking wine, and enjoying the scenery Our room was quite nice. But the A/C was broken. They put us in a cabin that was clean and cool. But a bit dated. Needed some renovations. But overall, staff were friendly and accommodating

La chambre était petite mais bien, avec une belle vue sur la baie. Il n’y avait pas assez d’espace pour nos valises dans la chambre, et une des petites tables pliantes était brisée et inutilisable. Les fenêtres étaient en très mauvais état et les moustiquaires complètement déchirés, nous n’avons pas pu les ouvrir. Les « fruits de saison » annoncés au menu déjeuner n’en étaient pas du tout, nous avons eu des oranges et des cantaloups… Nous avons déjeuné sur place les deux matins. Les serveurs et serveuses, bien qu’extrêmement gentils et polis, étaient clairement laissés à eux-mêmes… Long temps d’attente et une fois servis, personne ne revenait nous voir. Je ne blâme pas du tout le personnel, je crois plutôt qu’il s’agit d’un problème relevant de la gestion. Les serveurs/serveuses semblaient apeurés lorsqu’on leur posait une question ou soulignait un problème (ex. 2 fois de suite nos ustensiles étaient sales). Nos oeufs tournés manquaient aussi de cuisson. Le restaurant ferme tôt pour le souper (21h). Bref, je ne recommande pas le restaurant et je crois que les chambres sont un peu trop chères pour ce que l’endroit a à offrir, mais reste tout de même bien pour des couples.

J’ai bien aimé , le personnel était gentil, la chambre était très propre , j’avais une vue superbe sur le fleuve ,la seule chose que je trouve qu’il manquait c’était une place dans la salle de bain pour déposer nos choses et des petits cadeaux de bains . Parcontre il y avait du savon local qui sentait très bon !Jai apprécié mon séjour et j’y retourne sans hésiter !
