Gorgeous views in a cute older building that is very well equipped. Views of the river are incredible and the garden is quite cute. Staff are great, breakfast is hearty without being too filling. Location is right along the main road and right beside a chocolatier which is well with a visit.

Hôtel was cute, but a bit outdated. Our particular room could’ve used a maintenance update, but it was clean enough. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic, I highly recommend trying the duck. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with great views. The staff were also wonderful, and accommodating of our lack of francais.

This hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff was so welcoming, and the homemade breakfast was delicious and delivered with kindness. Our room was upstairs and had a gorgeous view of the green fields, and rivers and mountains in the distance. The room had a fireplace (we didn't use it) and a tub with shower in the room. We drove 10 minutes into Baie St. Paul for dinner, as the restaurant was closed the night we were there, and found many great options.

We stay here regularly and love it. The rooms are beautiful and many have balconies overlooking farmland and the river. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They serve a small buffet breakfast that's quite good. The restaurant also serves a delicious dinner. They have a really nice patio. There are common areas that you can use for working or hanging out. The place is super clean and well maintained, although the building is a bit on the old side and there is no AC (if that's important to you). We love it and will continue to go back.

We arrived after a long day on the road. The location featured a beautiful view of the water. Check in was easy and the staff attentive and helpful. I don't know if the owner/chef speaks english, as I spoke french first and perhaps he mistook my Gr. 13 skills for real ability. The room was well appointed. There's a fireplace, though we didn't use it since it was July, and a comfy bed. After a rest we went down to the dining room which provided a great seat on the back deck with a good view of the water and rolling landscape. The food was excellent and the young lady who was our server was very helpful and attentive; she spoke perfect English which helped a lot. After dinner we walked the property; there's a nice seating area with muskoka chairs and benches overlooking the water. Very quiet and calming. Just what the doctor ordered. We are definitely going back as the region is full of points of interest we want to take in.

This place is amazing. It’s definitely one of the best bed and breakfasts I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms, property, views, and staff are top notch. We are definitely going back. We got an unbelievable deal too. The included breakfast was excellent.

What a well-receiving, friendly and knowledgeable owner as Matthew is. Although the wifi was a bit poor, as most Canadian countryside bad infrastructure, we spent a wonderful night and a warm family-like breakfast. Tired hotel with excellent breakfast.

We could not check in until after 4pm as up to this time there was nobody on site. Room was clean but very tired. A chair was badly broken and needed repair. Bathroom tiles were cracked and the bed was saggy. No microwave in bedroom but we were able to use the one in the kitchen. Breakfast was excellent with great service.
