Fridge in our room wasn’t very cold the first night, second night it was too cold and froze our food. Although there is no temp adjustment on the fridge. Room was ok, slightly outdated hotel overall. Hallways had a strange smell to them. Checked the fitness area out but barely any equipment to do a workout and it smelt badly like ciggerettes. Pool was dirty in the bottom. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked a room with 2 Queen beds. Travelling with granddaughter and great granddaughter. The shower wouldn't work so they moved us at 11:00 pm to a room with 1 bed and a sofa bed which I slept in and gave the bed to Other 2. It was hard as a rock and very thin top cover so cold all night. The bathroom door wouldn’t close shut. Supposedly an Executive Room.Very disappointing to someone like myself who has travelled extensively. We were given 2 free breakfast tickets for our inconvenience but lousy buffet.

I’ve never had issues with Expedia bookings before now. I thought I had booked a room with breakfast included but I was told that breakfast was not included when I checked in. A fire alarm was pulled by another guest at around 9 pm. The bathroom door in our room would not close. The electric plug in our bathroom did not work. There was nothing I could do about breakfast … an extra $42.92 plus tip. I understand that the fire alarm was out of the hotel’s control. I was not offered any compensation when I reported the bathroom issues. I don’t think I’ll be booking another room at Holiday Inn.

Lovely hotel. Long walk for my disabled wife from check in to room. Wish we had been told that our room was at the far end of the building from the lobby and that there was parking at that end. Like the room very much, especially the view of the river.

This was a clean and safe hotel. Staff were lovely. Glad breakfast was included, as it was a ridiculous price if we were to have paid for it. Bathroom was super tiny in king size room. Not sure how anyone of a large build would use it.

Great stay for the Glorious Son's concert. Easy walk to the arena. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff treated us great.

The staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas, including front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant. The room was pleasant. The only negatives were the pool and hot tub were closed and it was extremely noisy well into the middle of the night with partiers after a concert. Not really the hotel's fault but the rooms were not as soundproof as we had hoped. Enjoued our stay overall

Started changing for parking. Neighbourhood is terrible without much security. Staff (on site manager at front desk) was rude. The cleaning staff were nice. Over priced

We stayed over for two nights, one of those nights being New Years Eve. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids who weren't expecting a completely quiet night, but better than what we got. There wasn't enough security to control the groups of people that came back from the bars and people were running around, knocking on doors, banging in the hallways and stomping around in the room above ours. Again, we understand it is New Years, but there was no one telling anyone to quiet down. Also, trying to accommodate families away from the partying would have been great.
