"My wife and I stayed for 4 days , but he first night we had a small problem with the room and spoke to Megan the next morning … she immediately gave us a new room. The next morning I came out and maintenance was in the room fixing the problem ! Megan was extremely helpful and friendly! We would definately stay at the lux again each and every time we come to NY to visit our family . "

"The house was immaculate and very spacious. I loved the old house. The renovations were tastefully done while keeping the original architecture. Everything was easy to find. I loved the mini dishwasher and the furnishings were top notch. The internet was great as i needed high speed for work. Dennis was also very attentive to any questions and hecwas so kind to clean the driveway of snow and even cleared off my car so i could checkout quicker. I would definitely stay again and would recommend his house to others. "
