"The house is nicely renovated and very well appointed. Very clean! It has a large kitchen with just about everything you could need for pans, appliances, and misc. We did not cook much but appreciated the availability. The bed was comfortable and the linens good. The furniture was also comfortable. AC worked well to keep us cool during the heatwave. The neigborhood is quiet. The house is not really close any significant places of interest, but we chose it for the central location to various family members. "

"The place was great! Enjoyed fishing from the dock (caught a Bullhead, small mouth, and Rudd) and bopping around local breweries/wineries then coming back to watch the sunset with a glass of something. Host was great and check out was easy. "
"The house was as expected and good for an adult group. The dock was extremely buggy, gnats really, so not pleasant to get to or hang out on. My issue with the stay was that I didn’t get the code for the house until after I asked for it on the morning of our arrival. It was a very stressful start to my vacation. "

"The house was perfect! Everything is brand new and the location was great. Geneva, Seneca Lake, wineries, breweries, great restaurants are close by. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a brand new grill. Fun yard games, nice speaker system and a fabulous sunroom. We will definitely stay here again."
