"It was a nice clean and cozy stay with a good selection of wineries and breweries. Its in a good location not that far of a drive from many popular towns. The heating was nice and easy to use. Our favorite places we visited were The rusty pig and Three brothers winery."

" Communication with our host Stephen was excellent. He made sure all of our questions and inquiries were addressed. He was easy to reach and got back to us immediately!!We came in December for a short winter getaway and the Finger Lakes did not disappoint. The house was perfect with comfortable beds and bedding, large bathrooms, and a huge kitchen for cooking. The kitchen was well stocked and had general spices and oils for cooking. We made breakfast everyday of our stay. Now for the view- incredible! We could have sat and looked at the lake views all day. It was cold during our stay so we were unable to enjoy the outside deck and dock, but hope to be back for that in warmer weather. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful spot in Geneva. "

"The house was very welcoming and comfortable, with a spacious living room and family room and very large bedrooms with super soft sheets and warm comforters. Despite very strong winds and real feel temps in the low 20’s, we all enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. White caps on the lake kept us on land but they gave us great views. It was a special family Thanksgiving. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this house. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room. The house had two living rooms, 2 baths, 5 bedrooms, dining room, full kitchen upstairs and a wet bar downstairs, pool table, patio furniture (out even in November) hot tub, and more. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We cooked a big meal on our first night and we had everything we needed to cook & serve plus more. Tons of cocktail glasses, wine glasses, tumblers, and more. The house is perfect for kids too. We did not have any along, but the house has kids plates & utensils, toys, beds, cribs, and even toilet attachments. The hot tub with the gorgeous view was our favorite part. The host was kind, accommodating, and answered questions incredibly fast. We can’t recommend this house enough, we were absolutely blown away. "
