The best hotel in Perth for good customer service. Mariah on the front desk so helpful and friendly. You don’t feel scared of approaching them when you need help with anything at the hotel, unlike some other 4 /5 star hotels when you feel like there just not that interested in your stay .

The staff and overall service really stood out. They were friendly, professional, and very accommodating from our early arrival to daily requests.
