It was a challenge for us to not have the house be handicap accessible..woukd need a handrail at the entry. There are 13-24 steep stairs to the second floor. Need a handrail rail in showers . Otherwise, we had everything we needed. The owner promptly addressed the a/c issue and communicated frequently."
