"The host was not especially helpful in directing us from the train station to the Villa. We were told to take the bus and look for a certain restaurant (can't remember the name). It's not a regular stop for the bus driver, but he did let us off. There are ninety-eight steps from the street to the front door. That's like climbing six floors. The person on staff let us in the gate but didn't help us with our bags. We really struggled. My husband and I are in our 70s. I should have researched...

"Nice apartment but no mention whatsoever that you can only use the pool for 1 hour a day and the Jacuzzi for half an hour a day. ( advert makes it sound like you have your very own jacuzzi but you done. It’s shared with about 12 other Apartments ). Garden needs a tidy up. BBQ could’ve been cleaned properly ( as it wasn’t I left it in the same state of found it ). Apartment itself is nice a modern. Lovely views"
