"A very accommodating hotel we arrived early and thankfully our room is ready so we were allowed gain access to our room early. The location was good for the train station and a short walk to the sites of Siena - which are just beautiful. Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable, we had a great stay."

"Beautiful hotel located in historic walking district of Siena. 5 star historic hotel with bar & lounge area for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, upscale restaurant. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte options. Food & wine were excellent. Large spacious rooms with great Air Cond (it was in the 90’s). Comfortable beds, pillow options. Stayed 5 days 2 different rooms-had a last minute travel change. "

"Nice, spacious, comfortable and great location. We stayed four nights in the Chianti Apartment. It was a great stay. We appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, and very comfortable sleeping. It is also conveniently located a short (very short) walk to the escalator that takes you up the hill to the center of this beautiful historic city (a plus given the heat that hit Italy while we were there). The staff was also very responsive, which we appreciated. Would recommend this for anyone staying in Siena. "

"We stayed here as a family of six, including our two 3-year-olds, and it was by far our favorite place during our time in Italy! The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pools and running around the beautiful property. It felt peaceful, safe, and perfect. The breakfast was lovely each morning—fresh, delicious, and a relaxing way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, which made the experience even more special. We only wish we had stayed longer! We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with little ones (or without!)."
