"Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. "Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. "
