"Upon check in the check in lady was not the friendliest at all. She coded our room keys for only 1 night. We stayed 2 nights. The next day we had to get new room keys. This lady was the bomb. She gave us new room keys, gave directions and helped us order a pizza. So helpful and friendly "

"Great staff. Have stayed here about 6 times, from the beginning of it's service and the staff is always generous to requests. In my case, I needed a shuttle from the airport for a late arrival flight of about 12 midnight, a time when many hotels let their drivers go. This hotel is distinct, and after I called to inform them when I will be arriving and if a ride was possible, they came through once again, even if the resident receptionist must make the drive themselves. Very distinct in this day and age- 5 star class."
