"I've stayed in other Alofts, and this is much the same: modern, well-maintained and kind of generic. It's attached to KL's central train station and a shopping mall, so the location couldn't be much more convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dining area is not well-designed, so you have to navigate a zoo-like atmosphere in an oddly designed space to eat in the mornings."

"I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, the Amari Hotel. Firstly, hands up to your breakfast buffet spread. Daily change in the Asian cuisine menu. Accessible to good eateries and stone throw away to shopping malls. I would like to commend the excellent functioning of the air conditioning system. It maintained a pleasantly cold temperature throughout my stay, which contributed greatly to the comfort of my visit. Additionally, the room assigned to us was notably spacious. This ample space allowed my son plenty of room to play freely, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The room also featured a balcony, which offered a delightful outdoor area to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The bathroom was equipped with basic amenities and included a bathtub, which provided added convenience and comfort during our stay. Most importantly, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom facilities. The high standard of hygiene truly stood out and reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Staffs were all courteous, polite and friendly from the concierge, security and front counter. In summary, the room at Amari Hotel fit perfectly with our needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend your establishment to others or to return in the future. (Booked for 2 nights grand deluxe King room but was upgraded to Junior suite & extended for another 1 night)"

"The whole experience was amazing. The whole place offers the highest service one can expect. The location could not be better, the breakfast is fantastic with various options to all tastes. The pool area and gym were my favourites. You can literally consider it a full resort. They really thought about every single detail to provide a great stay to all. From the scents in every room and corridors, to the perfect temperature everywhere. Even the delicious sparkling tea left to the guests in the room is a small gesture that makes an impact. The staff is the best. I will always come back when visiting KL."

"Located in a great area that is within the heart of Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is wonderful & tasty. We were staying in the club lounge room & the club floor is dining & drinks are a great value. Only thing that could have been better is if the mattress could have had a topper on it as it has seen better days. Pillows were to die for & the bathrobe & towels were of a very good quality."
