Loved everything about this relarively new property. The bedroom design and layout are outstanding, featured a sleek, modern decor and pleasant furnishings that instantly make you feel relaxed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of different choices every morning. Location great, easy walk to Jalon Alor, staff pleasant, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival plus received both arrival massage and drink (which was quite good). Definitely felt welcomed and on holiday the moment we step foot into the hotel. Staff was continually accommodating throughout our stay. Daily breakfast was great. All in all we had a wonderful 5 star experience.

We stayed at the Kimpton in late July 2026. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay extra special. Our deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed, with an opulent bathroom, a great rain shower, and quality products.
The pool and gym area were quiet during our stay. The pool was nice and relaxing, and the gym was a great space to work out.
The hotel is well placed to TRX and nearby businesses, but we did find it wasn’t close to any main attractions and required a Grab...

Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes.
The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size.,, and friendly, helpful and smiling buggy drivers have F1 aspirations…....

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was neat, tidy & clean. Couldn’t rate the Smith House high enough. If I’m ever back in Langkawi, I will be heading here to stay. 5 Stars!!!

We stayed 2 nights at EQ Kuala Lumpur and it was one of the best hotel experiences that we’ve had. The layout of the hotel is well designed with an immaculate interior. Our room was great quality, spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff at EQ were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers plenty of quality food choice including Nipah and Bottega which both had great food and ambience. I would highly recommend EQ. Thanks again EQ for making our stay so memorable and...

This hotel is awesome. The rooms are so big, with great city view and if you are above level 8 you can see the Petronas Tower from your room. The breakfast food is the best we have experienced in a hotel so far. The Staff are so great! The best receptionist was named MAS. She was such a lovely person! We will definitely come back. Great location - easy walk to the Pavilion Mall.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and highly recommended.
We stayed in a Grand suite. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the Twin Towers.
The Club Lounge was one of the best we’ve enjoyed, with great attentive service without being pretentious.
The breakfast was immense with so many choices and daily rotations, again with amazing views.
The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of KLCC park, Bukit Bintang and transport.
