"The apartment was fairly spacious and clean. I was happy with the apartment, but there were a number of problems with the location. The apartment was located on the second floor beside a busy road. That was OK, but on the other side of the road is a wine bar, where the patrons like to chat quite loudly until 5 am in the morning. I am happy for them, but it is not always easy to sleep when people are shouting and singing outside your window at 3 am in the morning. Another problem is that...

Garner Edinburgh Haymarket by IHG

8/10 Good

"Over all good except carpet was dirty in the hallway in our room area"

Apex Grassmarket Hotel

8/10 Good

"The hotel was lovely, the location was excellent. We had a view of the castle out of our window! We used the pool and it was clean and a nice temperature. The only issue we had was the heat. The hotel was incredibly hot, the windows were not easy to open and didnt open more than a couple of cms. I believe this is a wider issue around the UK not just at this hotel but thats why I rated 4/5"

"This is a very (relatively) affordable place to stay. I did a social dinner that was fun. Sleeping in the big rooms in a pod was OK once I had the earplugs in, but since one must be quiet there is a vibe of "don't talk to me!" throughout the facility. Outside of the sleeping room, it is a youth hostel and has the energy and music that goes with that. The staff were great."

Apex City of Edinburgh Hotel

8/10 Good

"Buena atención,suit muy confortable (no así la habitación comun"

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by The Unlimited Collection

10/10 Excellent

"Our room was a wee bit small but the view was beyond compare! Excellent location: Tram from the airport and Waverley Station right across the street for the LNER ride to London"

Virgin Hotels Edinburgh

10/10 Excellent

"We were upgraded to a larger room and had early check in. The room was really nice, clean, comfy bed, and well laid out. You couldn’t ask for a more ideal location. One of us fell ill and the concierge team was exceptional - locating a doctor to come to our room, while checking in on us our entire stay. A top notch hotel, with some really cool public spaces and a pretty good bar."

Village Hotel Edinburgh

10/10 Excellent

"The whole experience was great, from the very welcoming and helpful staff, facilities, cleanliness and delicious breakfast."
