"Amazing breakfast and very clean room"

"The first room we were given smelled like dog. We were changed to another room which was ok. The bed wasn't comfortable and the bedding with cheap. The water pressure for the sink and shower was very weak. The room didn't have a iron and we had to go to the front desk because the room didn't have wash clothes and hand towels. The girl that checked me in was folding towels and sheets at the front desk. When I checked in she was not very friendly and had an attitude when I questioned my bill. The room was not frills and if I wasn't so tired I would have left and found another hotel. I would never stay here again it was not worth the rate I paid!!!"

"There's no ice machine so customers must go to the front desk and ask for ice then the disgruntled employee goes to the kitchen area to get you a small bucket of ice. This place has been cutting corners for a long time. Every place I look something is broken or half way fixed. The sports bar on premises doesn't have food. This place is a six out of 10."

"The front desk staff was very nice and offered me a first floor room because of my young children. The room itself was questionably clean. It appeared clean but the bathroom floor was not and there was a pile of hopefully unused adult diapers behind a sitting chair in the room. I relayed the information upon checkout and she said she would report it to the manager. I asked for a receipt and she said they would email it to me but I never got one. Staff was nice, cleanliness was not super great. My kids enjoyed the pool."

"I would never stay at this place again. The whole room, and for that matter resort, is rundown. The couch in the sitting area which was made of fake leather was ripped and peeling- nobody would sit in it. The bathroom was dirty and the fixtures were rusty. The Jacuzzi was tiny. It was the only thing that was clean in the whole place. The phone was broken. We were unable to call for reservations on the day of our visit. I will admit that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. That is why I’m giving it one star or I would give zero stars."
