Avoid this one
I booked a OCEAN VIEW room for three nights in July. Room I selected was two queen beds for my wife, myself and my son (14). Got a room at the back of the property, were you could technically see the ocean if you kind of leaned out a little you could see it, 300-400 meters away. The check in is listed as NOON on the website and when we arrived at 12:30, we were told that check in is 2pm, even when we showed our reservation listing noon as the time, and showed them their own website still listed noon as check in, they didn’t care. We were placed in the rear tower of the resort because the front tower is reserved for tour buses of people that come for a day and more to the next stop the next. Room was three single beds harder than rock, a/c that barely works and a TV that would work for a little, then not work for another day or so. Pool was nice. Beach is awesome. Staff semi rude to full on “fire this one now” rude. Stayed here three years ago and it was 5 stars. Not that way anymore. Will NOT be choosing this place ever again.

Här behövs en upprustning!
En gång ett fint hotell. Nu behövs en ordentlig upprustning! Utslitna sängar /allt känns 70-80 tal! Läget är mycket bra så det är synd att man inte rustar upp. Frukosten är ok men bullrig. I poolen har man en mycket viktig policy som ingen håller på.. markerade solsängar men få människor. Inga poolskötare heller. Och fullt av växtdelar i poolen. Restaurangen får dock toppbetyg! Och läget. Bra service från dörrvaktmästaren!

毎晩隣の部屋からは大声とテレビの音、上の階からはドスドスという足音に悩まされた。 両サイドコネクティングルームなので 無理やり開けようとノックを繰り返すDQNに 悩まされた。 壁が薄すぎるのとドアに閉める度に爆音が響き渡る。 ベットサイドにはコンセントが無く、携帯を充電しながら使えません。 立地が最高なのに、他が酷すぎて絶対に オススメできません。 団体様が1夜だけ泊まるホテルなので 静かにジョムティエンで過ごしたいなら 他のホテルを探しましょう！

The rooms were dated for sure, but relatively clean, although I had to have the maid sweep the room floor again, and even after that still found hair and other dirt on the floor that prompted me to change rooms. The second room was smaller so there were no customer retention incentives were offered for the poor quality such as room upgrades or discounted room rates. The room was smaller which was disappointing and would be the limiting factor probably should I have a chance to return to the area as I would not feel I would be compensated should the room not be up to par as expected. The Hotel Grounds were, however, very nice, well maintained, and manicured landscapes were very relaxing. The surrounding area was a bit limited though. Although the Night Market was about a 10-15min walk away, it was about all that was in the area worth the walk. I think I would rate this property just above the halfway mark due to the lack of care in giving two rooms that were not cleaned well and ended up with a smaller room that I had to sleep in while the dirty floor was still an issue. however, I'm sure this was not a regular issue and may have just been my bad luck at the time.

Lovely pool area, no internet in my room on 10th floor which was very disappointing. Bus loads of Chinese constantly coming and going. Had booked in for 5 nights only stayed 2 as wasn’t happy with having to go to reception to get connections.plus couldn’t sleep with the noise. On a positive close to many restaurants etc.

Nice big rooms. Great swimming pool and location. A little tired but still good. Disappointed restaurant not open for lunch or dinner
