The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment that we arrived until the moment that we departed. The private beach access was absolutely amazing, and both pools offered a gorgeous view from each perspective. We enjoyed the quality and variety of food and beverage options, especially the bakery on the first floor. I would be happy to return for as long as possible next time I visit Thailand.

The hotel is generally good, but it was obvious that the maintenance is not the best, the floor is worn, the room and the bath are a bit outdated. I expected a more elaborate room. In addition, the Executive Club is extremely disappointing, both the food and the drinks.

It was a beautifully designed resort with two pools and free Buffett breakfast. The breakfast was great. We got a standard room and a pool suite. The pool room had a musty smell and the pool had algae and needed more care.
Very nice place to stay , staff were very helpful especially when my wife got a food poisoning and have to rush to hospital in the middle of the night ( vomiting and diarrhoea the night before ) they organised the van for transfer us to the hospital and pick us up back to hotel at no cost thanks to all the staffs and the manager on the 21/11/2011, and also staffs in the Radius restaurant were very nice and helpful

The room is excellent which has the sea view scenery and it is spacious. However, the drainage system of washing basin in the bathroom which is not worked properly
