Check in was on next building and service persons seemed to be litle unhappy when we arrived. Room was on next building, walked everytime trough restaurant past dining customers to the elevators. Room had no window, bedroom was nice but toilet has dust in the floor and shower water flooded everytime on the floor and needed to use towels to keep water out of the room. Despite many complains about the condition of the room nothing was done to solve the issues. But when leaving the Hotel the staff helped us when having problems with pickup service from outside tour organizer.

Disliked: Room comfort
Zimmer ohne Fenster und schlecht belüftet.
Musste vorübergehend mein Hotel verlassen weil es ausgebucht war. Bin dann für 2 Nächte ins Raha.
I booked recently through Expedia, the address stated on Tripadvisor and on Expedia are not the actual location of the rooms, this is their main desk. You must cross a street and walk down the road, though an often busy restaurant to the elevator at the back to get to you rooms upstairs.
After finally getting to my room, it turned out I was on the other end from the wifi router so my internet did not work, therefore I had to walk all the way back down the street to the office, with my luggage, to get my room changed.
On more than one occasion I spotted a large rat running across the hallway which disgusted me because they're serving food just a few feet away. The air conditioning in the room is slow to turn on and the hotel offers scooter rentals, for 250 Baht per day!!! (which is way more expensive than any place in Patong for a 125cc, usually 150 baht is reasonable, 200 at most) and it barely had a quarter tank of gas when I rented it.
I have never left a bad review in my life, and I wish I never have to again but this was one of my biggest regrets this time visiting Patong. Please choose one of the other 700 hotels and save your self from the terrible experience I had.
