I didn't like the fact that all the doors were changed yet and the business was not open, and now I'm having a hard time getting orbits to refund my money. Oh and they sent me how to check in easy and paperless email, so ridiculous

Bra beläget hotell med gångavständ till både stranden och Bangla road. Väldigt fin evighetspool på taket och fina rum förstörs av shishabaren på taket med musik från 11 på förmiddagen till 3 på natten och gäster som springer fram och tillbaka under denna tid

Service very friendly, room was great, loved my balcony. Only issue was water temp in shower changed a lot. Location is really good though, right around everything. Overall I was very happy with my stay

When you first walk in there were towels everywhere, the bathroom downstairs was a mess. Furthermore, they didn’t appear to have our reservation. I had to give the receptionist a print out of our Expedia reservation. Horrible service. Will not be staying here again.

chose this hotel because of the location ( close to Patong beach) and thought its a new hotel (built in 2016 according to its booking site, but looks older). Everything inside the room looked old, bed sheet worn out, tiny holes in the blanket, smelly pillow. Small coach roach in the bathroom. Very poor wifi connection( almost non existence ). Dining area is warm and poorly lit( most tourist wont notice fruit flies hovering over displayed fruit. Found small coachroach in their pastry basket. Employee changed the whole basket after showing them. Employees not professional. I would not choose nor recommend this place.

Great location, booked family room, so we could have more space, photo of family room was not what we got, although it did overlook the beach road, down stairs music very loud, no dining table, only one chair for deck, fridge didn’t stay cold, toilet roll holder broken, shower leaked, no tissues, would not stay again , booked into Impiana across the road on beach for 2 more weeks , excellent place, son stayed at bearpacker, in private room, and would recommend to stay there instead if you were looking to stay at araya , fifth trip to Patong

フロントスタッフやの対応はとても良かったです。 ただ1階のバー側の部屋だと夜中まで続く音楽は気になると思います… 屋上のプールも綺麗で良かったです。 次回もまた宿泊したいと思いました。

Buraya geldiyseniz ve Türkseniz işiniz zor.Patong şehiri pis kokuyor otelin içinden tut odalara kadar koku sinmis evli ciftseniz balayı için geldiysen tavsiye etmem.Otelin kahvaltisi berbat bizim Türk kahvaltı kulturune uymuyor.Kahvaltida sadece çay var icebilirseniz onuda geri kalan Hint ve Asya mutfagidir biz hiç kahvaltı yapamadik.otelin konumu merkeze yakın olması belki avantajdır sehir ve James Bond turu yapmak için dusunulebilir ama manzara olarak hiç bir beklentiye girmeyin.Sahil kenarında olması çokta birşey ifade etmiyor.

Good location hotel!

Amazing hotel next to the Patong Beach and the night life. Too bad they don’t keep the hotel in a good shape! Late cleaning, water bottles from the previous, not enough breakfast, no face towels! Generally it’s a good hotel!

The property is located in a good area in terms to beach location and hiw close it is to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was friendly, and helpful. They helped me get an early taxi to the airport. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in !!!! Staff very rude. Gave us a room with 2 single beds , ask for a double No hot water. Bath towels where torn . Rooms require renovations . Very poor standard kept hotel

Love Phuket ,hated this hotel.

The hotel room itself was ok , but everything else wasn't , unhelpful staff, terrible breakfast, pool area with 7 sunbeds 4 of them faulty and drunken Russians and our first night noise all through the night doors slamming shouting and screaming, will never go back to this hotel, I have stayed in Phuket on many occasions and never had anything like this before .
