"Perfect for visiting Parma. I didn't need to use a taxi to see any of the central areas of the city because the studio is so well located. It had everything I needed, the check-in and check-out was smooth, and Nicolo was very prompt to reply to any queries. I will definitely book this apartment again if I return to Parma."

"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We...

"Me and my friend came to Parma to stay for the last harry styles concert of his tour and found it very hard to find somewhere to stay. These hosts were amazing and so helpful! They even upgraded us to a closer apartment to the train station after I told them I would be traveling by train. Best experience I’ve had so far! "The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is about a 15-minute easy walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Parma. The neighborhood is quiet but there are several very good restaurants and taverns within a minute or two walk.
