Paroisse des Hautes Combes Apart Hotels

This is a fantastic property. My wife and I stayed 2 nights as our base for exploring Geneva. It is close to public transport, though we chose to Uber in and out of the city at about 30 Euro each way. It is right next door to a Lidl (underground in the next building) and has a great sized parking garage with reserved spaces. There is a great washer dryer pair in the building that runs off an app for payments which was an absolute life saver. Bed was very comfy, bathroom super clean and new. I...

A seamless stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, extremely convenient for airport access, and the staff were both friendly and professional throughout. No complaints whatsoever—everything ran smoothly!

We enjoyed our stay very much and enjoyed all the conveniences of our hotel/apartment.

fold out bed from wall. however when folded out not much room left for anything else eg open suitcase. floors look clean but were sticky to walk on. needs mopping.shower screen small so water splashes over bath onto floor leaving a large puddle on the bathroom floor which has no drain hole. location needs a car. not much nearby

Convenient, well priced hotel for a short family stay. It annoyed me to read some reviews complaining the distance from the airport..., really it's relatively close by car (rental). The suite fitted our family of 4, but this was only for 1 night stopover after a late flight arrival. We were told we got an upgrade - not sure from what to what - as it seemed kids sleeping on the fold out trundle couch was not as convenient as the twin beds we'd booked. Breakfast was very suitable - kids eat free....

Check in staff were very helpful, room was great as was the location

Hotel experience was very nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were great very clean and comfortable. Had everything we were after in a hotel.

Friend and helpful staff nice reception cheap breakfast and very nice. Apartments need to be updated and taken care of more. The front appearance is a bit deceiving as it looks very nice from the front then you get at the back of hotel to your room and it is run down.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to the train station and around the corner from Lake Geneva. Walkable to all attractions. The room was a decent size and comfy.

Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. We had been given an access code, but we still could not get into the property. If it had not been for the cleaners who happened to be there and helped us, the whole process would have been even more frustrating. Once we finally got inside, the room itself was...

Really just landed from long hall flight and getting over jet lag. Well set up and inexpensive unit to base self from. Not sure what to see in area as we left early to Chamonix
