I stayed at the property for about two weeks with my toddler, and housekeeping refused to take out my trash for the duration of my stay, and they did not clean the floor/carpet in the room. So I did not feel comfortable walking in my room barefoot because the floor/carpet was dirty in the room. That is the reason for the 2-star review. The property is in a safe neighborhood. The bus stop is next to the property, making it easy to get into town or explore Geneva. The front desks staffs were helpful, friendly, and amazing, and they spoke multiple languages. The facility offers multiple amenities for families. The rooms have stove tops to cook, refrigerators, plates, utensils, and a microwave in the room. They also have a gym and laundry room. There is also an option for paid breakfast. Coffee is free.
