Very easy location to get to/from Geneva, lots of shops nearby for snacks etc and restaurants also. Unfortunately the pillows were stained yellow and dirty under the pillow case, there was ants in the bathroom and the hallways stink badly, it was also very very hot during my stay and there was one ac that was ridiculously weak.

Great location with the tram stop opposite, check in was very easy even though we arrived late. Room was clean, only downside was very thin pillows.

Accommodation was okay. The room did not have a kettle or mugs to make coffee. You also have to take out your trash before leaving otherwise you get fined €95. The hallways smelled like smoke. Other than that we slept well, the room had heating and a TV. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property is very basic.stayed with kids. Corridor and rooms are smelly. Smell of smoke is too much. Shower was broken complained to the reception but they said they can not do anything or they can’t compenaste. So not very helpful. Person on the fone was rude aswell. Ok for a night or two.

It’s handy as it has a train/bus stop in front of the hotel, the location is great. Unfortunately WiFi never worked and as I did not have a Swiss/French number I could not make a call - there is only someone at the reception from 8am to 10:30am which isn’t ideal. But for the price we get what we paid for. Overall good but we loads of space for improvement.

Perfect location. Right outside the boarder of France and Switzerland. 30 second walk to the trams which takes you into Geneva Lake town in 10 minutes or smaller town a few stops away. Tram on the opposite side also takes you into France. Restaurants all around within 30 seconds or few mins walk. Property has a fridge and cooking equipment if you want a cheaper night in. Pharmacy nearby, mini grocery store. Safe to walk at night (I got home after 9pm and travelled alone). Lift access and clean hotel. Not the most luxurious but still modern. I will definitely be staying again

Apartment itself it lovely and really good value for money. The shower was properly the only downfall, poor shower, no holder and the water flooded. The people above were super nosey. Recording is closed most of the day. I had an issue with the deposit I paid to Expedia before arriving then hotel charged me for it anyway lots of messing around. Other than that nice apartment. Good location in relation to transport and the area it’s self seemed a little unsafe in the nights

A Fair Deal with Room for Improvement

The room itself was reasonably priced, and the amenities provided were in line with the cost. However, upon arrival, I couldn't help but notice that the cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom, fell short of expectations. It was apparent that more attention could have been given to ensuring a thoroughly cleaned space. While I understand that different guests may have different standards, I believe a basic level of cleanliness is universally expected. In this case, there were areas that seemed to have been overlooked, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. In the future, I would encourage the management to place a stronger emphasis on the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, to enhance the overall guest experience.
