Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property, shared amenities, and first-come, first-served parking spaces in the shared parking lot. The pool and tennis courts are open from about 30 days before Memorial Day and 30 days after Labor Day.



The Neighborhood:

This home’s incredible location places you in the heart of Canyons Resort. The unit is close to the main gondola which makes it a short walk to get on the slopes. Take a sleigh ride from Canyons Village, play a few rounds at Canyons Golf, or book a spa treatment at one of the resort spas. Natural beauty abounds in this area, with several parks and hiking trailheads in close proximity and you can also easily explore the nearby Utah Olympic Park, home to many event venues in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics.



Getting Around:

Ideally situated between both the Cabriolet Ski Lift and the Frostwood Gondola, this home places you at the heart of Canyons Resort, where you have nearly limitless access to world-class terrain. You can ski out from your back door if the snow permits and follow Frostwood Drive to the base of Canyons Resort or make the 10-minute walk to Canyons Village, where you can explore unique eateries and tour luxurious lodges. You are within a 10-minute drive of both the Utah Olympic Park and Park City’s historic Main Street, where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. Park City also offers a FREE transit bus system that connects you with all that this incredible area has to offer, with a stop at the bottom of Canyons Resort Drive just 6 minutes from your front door.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



Please note that the shared tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.

Ski trip

The place is very adequate for a ski trip. Close to a couple lifts and everything you need for a ski trip. The management company is very responsive. The townhome could use an updating but works. The jacuzzi is a plus!
