The Residences at the Tower brings new meaning to luxury with its stately architecture, elegant interior finishes, exclusive amenities, and timeless sophistication.

THE RESIDENCE
This exquisite one-level 1877 square foot residence offers ample room for your group to spread out while providing warm and welcoming gathering area perfect for entertaining.

LIVING AREA
The main floor features a spacious open living area with modern stone fireplace below a wall mounted TV surrounded by plenty of seating for conversation, movie time and family gatherings.

KITCHEN: The well appointed, fully stocked, gourmet kitchen features Gaggenau appliances including: gas cooktop, Combi-oven, Combi-microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer.

DINING AREA
Wet bar features a wine refrigerator. The dining table offers seating for 6 and provides the perfect setting for meals with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

BEDROOM SUITES
Primary Suite: King bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in rainfall shower, dual vanity, walk-in closet and deck access with mountain views.

Guest Suite 1: Two queen beds, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity.
