Great Condo

This condo was amazing and in such a wonderdul location. It was easy to get in and out of and so close to the lift! I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Park City!

Soccer tournament trip

The property is well kept and was very nice to spread out. The kids were able to stay upstairs and it was quiet for us older people to sleep.

Exceptional and Great location

The communication from the property owner was incredible. The check-in process and checkout process couldn’t have been any easier. The location was literally seven minutes to walk to the first closest lift for snow skiing. I would definitely consider staying in this property again if we were to return to Park city

Great for family of 4

Close to lifts (5min walk), and quiet at night. Even though we didn’t indulge, the Pool and hot tub looked and smelled clean. The rooms were clean and nice, with a bunk bed upstairs so each kid can have their own bed. Heating via baseboards is very, very efficient, especially upstairs. The in-house Laundry was nice and there’s a drying rack for things like silk and wool ski clothing. Outside ski lockers are a bit small for modern skis, but we were able to Tetris 4 pairs in decently well. It’s about a 25 min walk to downtown park city, or a 10 min bus ride (free!). Grocery store is about a 10 min walk away.

perfectly adequate condo in great location. This is not luxury commensurate with the cost. Unlabeled baseboard heaters, awkward spiral staircase, no numbered address or name on the outside of the building to confirm location when we arrived, fireplace flu left open from prior renter creating insane whistling noises for 3 nights during windy weather, ridiculous miniature coffee pot, etc etc. This is clearly only a rental property as it has none of the comfortable feeling a place that someone would live for any period of time. Do better!

Great property

Family of 4 stayed 5 nights & would stay here again. Condo was good sized (each room was small, but overall WAY more spacious than a hotel room); we loved having 2 floors (kids upstairs with their own bathroom) and a full kitchen. Overall it was very clean where you'd want it to be clean such as sinks, showers, dresser drawers, floors, counters, etc., but there was some dust/dirt in the corners, on the baseboards, in washing machine crevices, etc. We really liked that washing machine and dishwasher pods were provided, as were hot tub/pool towels. The hot tub/pool were great! It was nice to have a locked ski locker right outside the unit (it held 4 sets of skis, barely), and all the baseboard heaters were great. I loved how bright the interior lighting was, and plenty of kitchen pots/pans/utensils. Towels and bed linens were good...soft and very white/new looking. 1st floor mattress was only OK. 7-11 was right across the street, and the Fresh Market (full grocery store) was only a 10 min walk (or 5 min free bus ride) away. 20 min walk to town/Main Street, or 5 min bus ride. Very easy to get to Park City Mountain Ski Resort (10 min walk or 5 min bus ride). While property wasn't right in the heart of main street, we thought this location was actually better b/c closer to grocery store and the Ski Resort main entrance. Property management was very responsive to any questions I asked, and sent plenty of communications about check in/check out/how to access the unit.
