Typically bright Parisian Haussmann apartment 60m from the Daumesnil metro station in the 12th arrondissement.
The neighborhood is quiet, central and safe.
The apartment is composed of a pleasant double living room and a large quiet bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine, WC and a large entrance. You can relax there after enjoying Paris and the Olympics.
The view from this 5th floor is pretty and clear, the elevator will take your suitcases up.
Everything will be prepared for your comfort.
You will have immediate access to metro lines 8 and 6 and buses 29, 46 and 64.
Bercy Arena is 2 metro stations away, Bois de Vincennes is a 10-minute walk away. The Stade de France is 45 minutes away by metro.
You will find all the shops within a 100m radius (Monoprix, Auchan, bakeries, butchers, cafes, etc.)

The perfect place to stay in Paris

I was warmly received by Sophie, and it was a real pleasure to stay in her charming apartment. Great location near the Bastille with easy access to the center of Paris. I can highly recommend a stay.
