Perfect stay

Quiet apartment. Located close to metro and lots of restaurants and stores in Les Marais. Safe location. No issues walking around at night. Enough towels for everyone.

Great stay in the Marais

Wonderful location, right near metro and lots of restaurants. Easy to get to the major attractions but our area felt more relaxed. Comfortable apartment and James was very responsive when I had a question. Worked well for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). Would stay again!

AMAZING LOCATION

Great location right next to metro station. Plenty of hot water. On the 3rd floor with an elevator. Great reasturants within short walking distance. Great place to start your adventure in Paris.

Location location location

The location of the apartment is truly unbeatable. Proximity to the metro, shopping, restaurants in a very chic and welcoming neighborhood. Having a lift was a huge plus as we were traveling with an older family member.

Fantastic location, good sized great flat

We loved it. Very comfortable unit. The whole booking process was straightforward and we were greeted personally which we prefer to keyless check-ins. Local neighbourhood with al you need on the doorstep.don’t miss the covered market - the oldest in town.

Large well appointed apartment in great area

Amazing location

3 lovely spacious bedrooms and lounge. Not quite as 5 star as it looks in the photos. Kitchen small (no proper oven) and 2nd bathroom tiny with v annoying shower. I wouldn’t expect to be taking the rubbish out or ensuring all my washing up was done, on leaving, given the amount it cost and the 10am check out time. Location cannot be beaten if you love the marais like we do!

Perfect fit for an Awesome area

Loved the location. Feet from the Metro, and never a far walk to a cafe or restaurant or market. Got fresh produce every morning and pastries before starting the day. Walking distance to amazing shopping and beautiful parks. Never overcrowded and we felt like this was the ultimate Paris experience at our location.

Loved this place!

This is a classic upscale Paris apartment with AC and an elevator. The unit is very clean and quiet. We heard some street noise on occasion but not late at night. We ate breakfast at the unit and other meals out so not a lot of cooking. Primo location. Would stay again.

Wonderfully Clean and Comfortable

These guys are pros and our experience was fantastic. Three large bedrooms and two great full bathrooms. So nice to have kitchen and laundry and strong AC, too. Could not ask for a better location—Marais has it all. I would stay in any Pad à Terre anywhere as the owner clearly has great taste and knows how to make a top notch guest experience. Great value across the board.

Perfect location & great for families!

We loved our stay at Marais Musée Picasso! The location and proximity to cafes and shops was so perfect for our family. We were able to stop by the local grocery to pick up some snacks and essentials for our family and enjoyed dining out at all the local restaurants. It was such an easy walk to the surrounding sites as well. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of six. Having the two bathrooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer combo made our ten day travels a breeze. You won't regret booking with Pad-A-Terre!

Good for large groups

Large comfortable apartment in the Marais, perfect for our family (4 parents, 4 college kids). The felt was well maintained and It was easy to walk everywhere. Magnificent apartment

The apartment is beautiful and with many facilities that help you a lot during your stay, the beds are very comfortable and cozy, so you feel at home from the first moment. Also, the landlord helps you a lot in case you need something in your stay, and makes things easy for the day of your arrival as well as your day of departure. Amazing Stay

We had the pleasure to stay at James's apartment! We were there for a weekend, the apartment is located perfectly, near to many Coffee's and restaurants, a moment away from the Metro [which we didn't use so much as the location is so good we ended up walking for most days] the place was clean and spacious, just as you see on photos! Communication was perfect with James and Staff. Easy Check-In, Easy Check out. we would love to come back and stay again! Thank you sop much!
