"As a solo traveller it was such a joy to be greeted so warmly at the hotel. My room was impeccably clean, really comfortable bed and great shower too. The staff were always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel felt like a second home to come back to each evening and the location is perfect. "Everything was good. My stay was enjoyable with the exception of noise coming from the sreets late at night (people speaking loudly or screaming, etc.) I understand this is out of le patio's control but maybe having thicker glass on windows can help."

"The hotel was very different from the photos shown on the website. The room and the overall condition of the property were poorly maintained and there was a bad smell. The place did not look like what was advertised online. Because of these issues, my wife and I decided to leave the property immediately and did not stay there or use the room at all. It was very stressful because we had to look for another hotel late at night in a city that was unfamiliar to us. Unfortunately, even though we did not use the accommodation, the hotel did not refund our payment. I hope the platform reviews properties more carefully and ensures that photos and descriptions truly reflect the real condition of the accommodation so that other travelers can make informed decisions."
