Just what we needed in a great location. Out of the touristy areas but close to transit, lovely local restaurants, and an enormous park! Small room but served its purpose, and the AC was very appreciated in the heat wave.

We just stayed over night but were impressed with the convenient location, friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Environmental issues are important to us and we were pleased to see plastic free toiletries.

We loved the location in Dumesnil. Very close to supermarkets, eateries and the metro. Just a 25 minute train ride into central Paris. The staff were all very obliging and they have an excellent breakfast option. The room we chose was very compact but worked for us. Overall our stay was a very pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Paris. The neighbourhood is lovely and feels very safe, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The location is also very convenient — most major tourist attractions can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the good air conditioning and the elevator, which made it more comfortable. The only downside was the soundproofing — I could hear people next door at night, and there was some construction work happening next to the hotel during my stay, which disturbed my sleep a little. Of course, the construction is not the hotel’s fault, but better sound insulation would definitely improve the experience. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location and very welcoming staff.

Location was excellent, 2 min walk to the metro. Best part was the staff. Fetta, one of the employees there, she was very helpful, kind and friendly. They made me feel at home and very welcomed. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The amazing staff and the great location were the best part. 😊

Location: very near the metro/subway. More than hour from CDG airport. Room: clean. The bathroom is quite small. Difficult to move around esp when using the toilet/loo. Bed is soft & comfortable

Tight, but air conditioned

The staff were amazing! They were kind and helpful, offering luggage storage for free and an ice machine. The bed was comfortable, and the complementary water and coffee station was nice. The air conditioner was also great and a huge luxury since Paris is still not known for having air conditioning in many places. The only negatives were the hallway and door of the room and the toilet. The door and hallway were only wide end to fit a suitcase, and you had to slide through sideways. The toilet was arranged, so that you had to sit sideways to fit. There looked like other rooms that were not as small in the entrance.

Alice in Wonderland

Cramped hotel room with bathroom designed for people 4 ft and under. I've been to 22 European cities and I know rooms are smaller but this one was like Alice in Wonderland. Also on second day, I asked front desk for toilet paper because we had do not disturb on door and guy said no. He didn't even ask what room we were in. Never had hotel reception just deny toilet paper. Also hallway is very small and any normal size person will have to squeeze through hall and doors. The area was good, away from attractions is the only good thing. Windows in bathroom broken and toilet is not for anyone over 5ft. Looks like room was cut in half to make 2 rooms.

Comfortable Hotel in Great Location

A comfortable hotel in a nice neighborhood, right by a Metro stop that takes you everywhere you want to go in Paris. Lots of delicious restaurants and bakeries around. Good breakfast, friendly staff. My son also loved it. Rooms small but comfortable and clean, and they have a fridge and AC/heat. My second time staying here and looking forward to coming back again.

The location is very good very close to metro and food. Small hotel but clean with a good daily service. The only complain about it; there were ants in the rooms and you have to be very carefull and not to drop food if it happens to eat snack in the room.

A good hotel overall. The room was very small, but it was fine for the price. The area was surprisingly nice, and a metro station was just a few steps away. The only thing I did not really like was sound proofing, you can hear everything and everyone. However, that was tolerable because other guests were pretty quiet. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a decent area in Paris, and would not want to pay too much, and ready to have a very small (but clean) room, keeping in mind that sound proofing is not perfect.

Hôtel très bruyant, des travaux ont été effectués sur la route toute la nuit. De plus, l'immeuble d'à côté est en reffaction, des coups de marteau ont débuté dès 07h. La chambre était également mal insonorisée, les voisins vivaient dans la chambre. Enfin, la fenêtre fermait mal, il suffisait de tirer dessus pour l'ouvrir en grand... parfait avec ce bruit de travaux à l'extérieur.
