For given class and budget the hotel is perfect. Linens and towels could be better (it's washed but not always white), reception desk works 24/7. Iron, hair drier etc are on request. Rooms are small and there is no drawer except hangers. Some rooms have sockets near the bed, some others - not. What was different from other ibis budget hotels - they have twin beds in triple rooms and there is no sink in a room. In the lobby there are lots of vending machines with convenient prices. Also in the next building large supermarket. Metro 5-6 min walking distance. Also laundry next to the hotel. Hotel has mini breakfast (coffee + croissant for 3.5 EUR) and full breakfast for 9.90 EUR. Don't expect toiletries in the room.

No air conditioning was a strange experience in a hotel. I was told flat out by the staff multiple times and it gets cooking up on the 7th floor, and they were quite forceful about giving them good reviews after that.

Memorable and peaceful stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and it was very close to the train station. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I sure will stay here again when I visit next time.

Too much budget....for IBIS

Bad: Broken elevators, top bunk bed not made up, locks hard to open. no storage for clothes, no room fridge. Good:Breakfast and staff at eating area helpful, near supermarket.

Good budget hotel

The location is good. Being a budget hotel we can’t expect a lot of amenities. The checkout was a little bit hostile, even though I informed the person at the reception (with the ‘Security’ tag) that I will need some additional time (about 10 - 15 min) as I was expecting a food delivery. The cleaning crew was knocking on the door every 3 - 4 minutes asking me to leave the room immediately

An error on the reservation date was inadvertently made, 20 minutes later I realized the mistake and needed to cancel. They did not refund the money and double sold the room. Good business plan for them to make extra income, bad for business travelers. We had just stayed at another Ibis property for a week in Istanbul with no issues, unfortunately I will never give this hotel chain my money again.

Room had recently been redecorated, so was fresh & clean, decent size. Just needed a bin & extra pillows as only provided 1 pillow each & was thin, did request extra but not allowed. If you like more than 1 towel or a large towel, recommend taking your own. Location near a metro station approx 5 minute walk, that will get you closer to the centre of Paris. To help do Paris on a budget this hotel helped, it's cheap, clean & located next to a metro.

Less than budget

When I got to the room the door code did not work, also they do not give key cards. When it didn’t work they made security come up to let me in with his own code but would not give me one so I was stuck in my room the entire time lest I get locked out again. Once in the room I found multiple bugs that I had to kill and a room that smelled of smoke.

1. The info Expedia sent said I could check in at 12pm, whereas the hotel rules say 15h00 is the earliest time. Our travel plans were made based on the information you had given us, so this was inconvenient. 2. The amount Expedia debited me was 41.14 euros more than the actual invoice I was given by the hotel. How do you account for this? 3. I requested 2 x Chambres Triples in my booking, (paid for in Dec 22). I requested adjoining rooms. The manager didn't listen to a word I said, and make repeated mistakes when calculating the daily tax. I was then given 1 room with 2 single beds, and 1 room with a double and a single bed. When I complained, the manager was extremely aggressive, and rude. He could not have been more unhelpful. I was left shaken by how obnoxious he was. 4. The lifts did not work properly. 5. I had no hot water in my room on the first day. 6. Finally, I purchased 4 small instant coffees from the vending machine in reception, and have been charged 40 euros for them. There was no price marked, but I expected the prices to be between 1-2 euros per cup, as is usual, even in Paris. But 40 euros? What kind of establishment is it that cheats their guests in such a way? I am very unhappy with my whole experience, and given the difference in price, would not use Expedia again. - Your claim that you are cheaper than booking with the hotel directly is manifestly untrue.

Es un lugar céntrico, muy cerca del metro línea 12, sin embargo la habitación estaba sucia, el shampoo es para cuerpo y cabello, no hay enjuague, no había toalla de manos, las toallas de cuerpo son muy pequeñas y delgadas. Si haces check in antes puedes dejar la maleta en locker aunque te sale igual si haces check in temprano te cobran lo mismo La amabilidad de los colaboradores excelente !
