"Shower leaked all over the floor due to not having proper closure. Beds hard room so small"

"Staff was wonderful and the room was far more than expected i only gave 4 stars for 2 reasons. The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the city, i do enjoy my peace but this was much different at times couldnt get a grab service due to it being so secluded and the other reason is lack of life outside the hotel but the staff and facilities were amazing and the other downside is there wasnt a view just other abandoned like buildings.i would still stay here again rate was great and staff made it worth coming back "

"Yes, except that water was seeping under the shower door into the area we had to walk. A towel was provided to place in that area to soak up the water. It was a hazardous condition."
