"A good sized villa in a quiet location close to local amenities and Konnos Beach. The provision of basic food essentials - bread, milk, marg, jam, tea and coffee were very much appreciated after a long journey and late arrival. Nice to have pool towels provided too. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. A well equipped kitchen although we did very little cooking with such a wide choice of places to eat out in Ayia Napa or Protarus, both just a short drive away. I recommend...

"Nice villa for a family/quiet stay. The beach nearby is a bit rocky for the kids to get into the water, but there is nice sandy one a bit further. Anyways I would recommend hiring a car and exploring the area around. Not many restaurants in immediate vicinity, but "Poseidon" worked very well for us. The check-in/out was with a locked key, process was very smooth. Cleanliness is very nice. Wifi works well. One minor remark - knives are quite dull in the kitchen."

"Really spacious villa. Pool is great. Location is brilliant, with a small beach just a minute away, many other larger beaches a small walk away, lots of local cuisine and a bus stop quite close. We had all facilities we needed except for a few things like oven gloves and drying towels. Concierge and villa reps were very kind and responsive and helped us out with all of our queries. A great touch."

"The villa is fairly basic. It has minimal amount of everything really including pillows, no toaster etc. the air con unit in main bedroom is very noisy. Outside is also fairly basic and plain. Pool is great and size of unit and general cleanliness is good. Had trouble with Ants a bit but not a major issue. No maid or change of towels or beds in the 2 week stay. Kapparis is good lovely beaches but all the restaurants really are off the main road through so you have no great views or any sense of...

"This Beautiful Villa with everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. On arrival the Villa was spotlessly clean very well equipped ,even a very handy water cooler .Also a very much appreciated welcome pack of homemade jam ,eggs ,milk, bread ,etc. The Villa is very spacious and modern . "This hotel was simply lovely. The building has recently been extensively refurbished and the quality of the work was really nice. The location of the hotel is great for Protarus and the beach and the quality of the food was lovely. I can’t fault this place. Price was good, hotel decor was good, service good, food good, location good. Thoroughly recommend this hotel"
