Certainly worth a visit.
Very well run hotel.Special thanks to Rafaela, Anufa,Ludmila,Sagar and of course Antonio. Excellent members of staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was good. The food and drinks were of high quality. The off site restaurants included in our deal were a nice change. I have stayed in better hotels and paid less, and have stayed in worse hotels and paid more.I think the all inclusive deal stopping at 11:00 pm is a tad early, but understand if it cuts back on drunken behaviour.I feel the entertainment area is in the wrong location. It does not encourage the participation of a potentially captive audience. Very near the town centre, so ideal if you need a change of scene.

The hotel is in a great location which is why we've stayed there for 3 years now. The major problem at this hotel is temporary employees that are untrained or ones who steal from guests. We complained that the housekeepers were not properly cleaning the floor and they told the woman cleaning the room that we complained so she came back very upset and giving us attitude for complaining. The next day the same housekeeper came and stole my Bluetooth Headphones which are very expensive 200 euro. I only noticed that they were missing the next day when we checked out and the very first day the same housekeeper took all the euro change about 4 euro off the desk in the bedroom. My mistake was not saying anything the first day. I just wanted to have a good vacation with my wife and kids without drama. So the third theft in 4 days was the second day both my kids slippers were left poolside and we reported them to the front desk and pool keeper. The lifeguard told us that he found them and put them on the stairs next to the pool the day before. If an employee finds something and doesn’t give them to front desk lost and found or to pool lost and found there is a major problem with these temporary staff. They just don’t care about guests.

Perfect hotel for families, kids loved the waterpark, playground, mini golf and kids club. I love that there was an Adults Pool. Great staff all round, polite, professional and really went that extra mile to make sure we were looked after. Food was excellent, plenty of choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. I will definitely be looking to book this hotel in the near future when I return to Cyprus. Thank you to all the staff x

This is the 2nd time myself and my husband have stayed. The staff and hotel are just wonderful an can't do enough for you, the room is always spotless and the pool bar is lovely too.

This Hotel is really one of the best I have stayed at in Protaras! I have been visiting this area for a long time and I can say from experience that this hotel is one of the best in terms of Food, Pool, Bar, Rooms and Location. I will definitely be coming back! It had to many storages. It was good to have toothpaste, sewing things, tissues, body lotion, slippers. The breakfast also was good but It should have more things. For example, Soyia milk, crackers, and cakes.

i loved everything about this hotel. from cleanliness to the delicious breakfast to the amenities you have in your rooms to its location which is a 5 mins walk to the main bar and shopping street in Protaras. I recommend anyone staying in protaras to book in this hotel.

Property was clean, service was good, food was good, pool area was nice. Four people (parents with 2 teenagers) stayed in a one bedroom suite. My only complaint was the bathroom was quite small and was not meant for 4 people to share. King size bed was okay but my kids complained their beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

A good place for families seeking a budget package deal, with a lot of family friendly amenities and activities, and all staff I encountered were very friendly and upbeat. That said, cleanliness was an issue for me. I eventually pulled my own sheets for them to be laundered and discovered a filthy mattress cover stained with many types of bodily fluids, which had clearly never been laundered. In addition the lock to our door broke twice which posed an extreme inconvenience and safety issue. I am assuming it broke the second time because it was not fixed correctly the first time. I was impressed by how soundproof the rooms were from the outside evening entertainment.

Utmärkt service. Trevligt mottagande vid incheckningen. Måltiderna var vällagade och ganska varierande. All-inclusive utbudet var bättre än andra ställen vi varit på. Hotellet var välstädat både i de allmänna utrymmena och i hotellrummet. Personalen var noggranna att hålla rent kring poolen men tyvärr var de övriga gästerna ganska nonchalanta. Vi är från Sverige och är ganska ovana vid rökning så det var mindre trevligt för oss då vi upplevde att de flesta övriga gästerna var rökare. Vi hade uppskattat om även poolområdet varit rökfritt.

В целом неплохой аппарт-отель , подходит для путешественников с невысоким бюджетом. Уборка номеров на отлично , в удобное для проживающих время. Завтрак скромный, но голодными не останетесь, правда, каждый день не ходили, так как разнообразия нет, надоедает одно и то же. Персонал говорит немного на русском языке, очень приветливый. Благодарим за спокойный и ненавязчивый сервис, рекомендуем для отдыха.

Mycket bra med kylskåp och pentry. Minus ingen disktrasa, borste, svamp eller diskmedel. Vore trevligt med en flaska vatten i kylen. Svårt köpa vatten om man som vi kom mitt i natten. Rymlig umgängesyta och sovrum. Helt ok säng och bäddsoffa. Plus med kanaler som visar film med engelskt tal. Tråkigt att folk lägger beslag på solstolar 07 på morgonen trots att hotellet säger att det inte är tillåtet. Plus att kunna tvätta en maskin för 4 euro om man behöver det. Hade önskat ett lekrum/hörna för barn inne och ute. Det som fanns var för de engelsmän som bokat via Tui. Hade gärna sett mer skugga vid poolen för de yngsta. Överlag trevlig och hjälpsam personal som dessutom hjälpte oss hyra en sulky för veckan vi var där.
