For alfresco dining, there's an open terrace and food prep/BBQ area. Grill up some fresh seafood caught locally, and enjoyed best with a sweet white wine amongst friends. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and and mixture of tiles and artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms.
