"First of all they did a cute towel cake with flowers on the bed for my boyfriend’s birthday. Originally I had booked a restaurant off site for his birthday but the food was actually so good that we just ate at the restaurants at the all inclusive. There was also a jacuzzi on the balcony which we weren’t sure was included with all bookings but we were super happy to have it. The pools are very clean and maintained well - lots of employees walking around cleaning and checking for cleanliness. All the people working there were friendly and really helpful and happy. We tipped about 20 MXN to employees there. The pools were so relaxing and I honestly have a hard time saying anything negative. We’ll definitely be coming back. I also heard that management switched recently so older reviews may be reflecting the old management? Overall, super impressed."

El chef Juan Carlos del restaurante Ciao e Israel del restaurante Oriental maravillosos y pendientes de cada detalle!!! Como sugerencia diría que deberían reservar un espacio para que los huéspedes que entran y salen puedan dejar sus pertenencias, cambiarse y/o ducharse mientras esperan a que su habitación esté disponible en el caso de la entrada y puedan ducharse en caso de salida tardía ya que el check out es a las 12 y el check in q las 3:35 pm. Resulta un poco incómodo no poder cambiarte hasta que recibes la habitación y no poder ducharte antes de marcharte del hotel cuando tu vuelo es por la tarde. Si disponen de este servicio, no se nos ofreció. "
