Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, and comfortable ‘shabby chic’ island oasis facing Nassau Harbour. This fully-equipped “home-away-from-home” is perfect for families, get-aways with friends, and couples trips. Centrally located and in walking distance to all of the best that Paradise Island has to offer! Atlantis Resort & Casino, Four Seasons Ocean Club, Paradise Island Marina, the Paradise Island bridge to Nassau and Paradise Island’s famed Cabbage Beach are all just steps away!
The space
**No children under the age of 12**

This uber sunny townhouse is an end unit of an intimate and safe 12-unit condominium development. There is a full dining room, living room, enclosed kitchen, half bath, and outside balcony on the first floor. The second floor contains two big bedrooms (one full bed and two twins) and two en-suite full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony with seating to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

The entire condo is available (with the exception of a few supply/owner closets).
